Holly Qian is the Founder of Halynce Advisory Pte. Ltd. and a seasoned Finance Controller with over a decade of experience in financial operations, corporate governance, and SME growth. A qualified ACCA and CIMA charterholder, she currently leads finance at First Page Digital Singapore, overseeing P&L, cash flow, and profitability across 150+ staff and global operations.
Starting her career in hospitality before transitioning into finance, Holly built her expertise through grit and adaptability—transforming financial systems, implementing accountability frameworks, and supporting tenfold company growth.
