Personal Data Protection Policy (PDPA)
1. Purpose
This Personal Data Protection Policy sets out how Halynce Advisory Pte. Ltd. ("the Company") complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore) ("PDPA") in the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal data.
The Company is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of individuals' personal data and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Halynce Advisory is responsible for implementing policies, processes, and controls to protect personal data. A designated Data Protection Officer (DPO) oversees compliance with this Policy and the PDPA.

Where consent is withdrawn, we will cease further collection or use unless required by law.
